1. The air gap between the stator and the rotor of the high-voltage explosion-proof motor is very small, and the stator and the rotor will flee and easily collide. Generally, due to the wear of the inner hole of the end cover shaft or the wear and deformation of the end cover stop and the base stop, the base, the end cover and the rotor are not on the same axis, which causes the hole to be swept.

2. First of all, it is necessary to distinguish whether the vibration is caused by the motor itself, or the transmission device is faulty, or transmitted by the mechanical load end, and then eliminate it according to the specific situation. The vibration caused by the motor itself is mainly due to poor dynamic balance of the rotor, poor bearings, bending of the rotating shaft, or different end covers, racks and rotor shafts, or different mounting bases. The motor is uneven, the installation is not in place and the fasteners are loose. From Vibration will produce noise and extra load.

3. Winding short circuit is insulation damage caused by large magnetic flux of motor, fluctuation of power supply voltage, mechanical impact and poor manufacturing. Among them, winding short circuit is divided into inter-winding short circuit and inter-winding short circuit. There are four kinds of inter-winding short circuit and inter-phase winding short circuit.

4. Due to the long-term overload work of the high-voltage motor, the insulation is aging and loses its insulation function; When the winding is damp, the insulation resistance decreases and the insulation loses its function; The motor end of interlayer insulation material is not well padded or not well padded. Friction between the winding ends of rotor and stator will also damage insulation; Metal foreign objects are very likely to accidentally fall into the engine or be polluted by excessive oil. The winding is short-circuited.

5, once found winding short circuit, measures should be taken as soon as possible. If the short circuit point is at the end, the short circuit point can be insulated with insulating material, or the insulated wire can be wrapped again and then painted and dried. If the trunking is short-circuited, it needs to be softened first, and the short-circuit point is found to be repaired, and then it is put back into the trunking and painted to dry. When the resistance of each phase of the short-circuit switch is less than 1/12, all short circuits must be completely cut off when the series turns are connected, and then the new city is closed for emergency use. Of course, when the turns of the winding short-circuit point exceed 1/12, everything must be removed and rewound. Winding short circuit is not a cold day, as long as you pay more attention to daily use and maintenance, winding short circuit is not a big problem.
