By disassembling and inspecting the fault explosion-proof motor and referring to the technical data of similar fault maintenance, it can be seen that the shaft-locking fault of the motor bearing is caused by the friction and heat between the gland and the rotor journal, which leads to the failure of bearing grease at high temperature. The bearing runs in a state of poor lubrication, and the friction between the gland and the rotor journal becomes more serious due to bearing wear, which finally leads to the high-temperature adhesion of the bearing gland and the journal, resulting in the motor overload protection tripping.
